Based in Huntington Beach, CA and started/operated by a tight-knit group of roommates and friends, 6131 Records has been releasing some of the best and most respected bands since 2006. Their relevance to the current independent music scene has been well established in this relatively short time with releases from such scene luminaries as Bane, Down To Nothing, Blacklisted, Cruel Hand, In Control, and Sinking Ships, as well as up-and-coming bands like Touché Amoré, Alpha & Omega, FocusedxMinds, Settle For Less, Maker, Joyce Manor, Doubledealer, and Rotting Out.
