Does Hellfish offer Media Mail?
Yes, but Media Mail can only be selected for orders that DO NOT contain clothing. If you have anything other than the CD's, Vinyl, Books in your order, your order will be canceled and refunded without notification.

What does it mean when an item is a Pre-order?
Pre-order items are sold prior to shipping date. A Shipping date will be stated when an item is up for sale. These dates are a rough aproximation on when the item will be ready to ship and not 100%. Please keep that in mind when ordering. If you order an item that is not a pre-order along with a pre-order item they will both be shipped when the pre-order is ready.

I received an apparel item from you guys and the color of it differs from what i saw on the site, what gives?
All of the photos on our webstore are mock images, and not actual photos. There may be some differences from what photos are on the product page.

What brand of shirts do you use?
We generally use Gildan but we may also use American Apparel, Anvil, Tultex and Fruit of the Loom. The brand may vary depending on your order. We try to specify if a different brand is used other than Gildan in the item description.

When my order ships will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, we will update your invoice with a tracking number once it has shipped.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship all International orders via USPS. International orders ship within 3 business days of ordering and usually take between 2-4 weeks to arrive at their destination. Depending on customs and where you live it can take up to 6 weeks. Orders can take a significant amount of time to reach their destination. Please keep in mind that postal Holidays, weekends, and inclement weather can/will effect delivery times.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card or PayPal. We also accept Money Order and personal check. Your orders will not be shipped or processed until we receive these payments. Please contact us before hand if you are going to pay via money order or check.

Why am I being charged Sales Tax?
Calfornia state law states that all items purchased and delivered in the state of California are subject to sales tax. If we have to pay it unfortunately you do.

Can I exchange my shirt if it doesn’t fit?
Yes, we’d be happy to exchange your shirt for you if it is not the proper fit. We are not responsible for the shipping cost to send the shirt back to Hellfish, or for us to send the shirt back to you. You can send your exchange to:
